All Moon Rocks Design earrings are handmade. That means that everything is done in house! This includes using a laser cutter to cut out every individual shape, assembling all of the pieces, attaching any hardware and then packaging and sending them off to their new homes! All earrings are made using the best quality materials, including excellent acrylic and hypoallergenic earring hardware (stud backs, hoops, clip ons etc). This is a particularly important part of the process to me personally as someone with highly sensitive skin - I often find lots of earrings uncomfortable. In most cases, most earrings can even be made as clip on's, so there's something for everyone!

If you can, when not wearing your acrylic, try to store appropriately. Acrylic is a really durable material, but under enough pressure damage could be done. Take care when putting your pieces in handbags and pockets. Try to avoid any direct contact between your acrylic and any liquids. Some liquids (including perfumes, moisturisers an suncreams) can be abrasive, especially to mirror acrylic. If you do want to clean your acrylic, the best option would be to use a micro fibre cloth.

All acrylic orders are currently on a 1-3 day processing time. This ensures that nothing is rushed and everything has time to set and be as secure as possible. All acrylic orders are securely packaged in a letter box sized cardboard box and surrounded in plenty of shredded tissue, keeping it super snug on it's way to you.

All of Moon Rocks Design Products are made to order and so returns or exchanges cannot be accepted. However, if your order should arrive damaged - please let me know and I will do all I can to rectify the issue!
